present new innovative and affordable Personal Mobile Health (mHealth)
solutions at the GSMA Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2010 in Barcelona, Spain.
Mobile-CliniQTM
is a mobile phone application that enables remote monitoring of various health
parameters, such as electrocardiogram (ECG), blood pressure, blood glucose
level, weight, etc.
Aerotel
will demonstrate the Mobile-CliniQTM and other remote monitoring and mobile
solutions at the MWC conference (15-18 February, 2010), at booth 2C72 (Israel National
Pavilion). The public is invited to get a first-hand view of the company's new
and exciting wireless telecare solutions.
Mobile-CliniQTM
can be connected via a Bluetooth interface to external vital signs monitoring
devices. Data is transmitted via General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) to a
medical monitoring center. With Mobile-CliniQTM, personal health service becomes
a reality for today's mobile lifestyle. Physicians can view patient data and
provide interpretation and advice from practically anywhere, saving time and
travel expenses, and reducing healthcare delivery costs.
In
addition, Aerotel will also reveal the Connect-CellTM, a Cellular-Based Homecare
Data Hub. Connect-CellTM is a highly flexible global wireless connectivity hub,
enabling users to easily transmit vital signs data via the cellular network
(GPRS) to a central monitoring center. Connect-CellTM is a flexible device,
incorporating both wired serial interface and wireless Bluetooth® connectivity.
These
new solutions expand Aerotel's homecare hub offering, which already includes
Tele-ModemTM for landline telephone lines, Connect-LANTM for IP networks and
Home-CliniQTM PC-based homecare hub.
At
the congress, Aerotel will also present its world-renowned HeartlineTM
tele-cardiology system, e-CliniQTM homecare solutions and other advanced
telemedicine and telecare systems.
