David Rubin - President & CEO

David Rubin is Aerotel Medical Systems' President & CEO. Appointed to this position in 1998, David previously served as General Manager of Aerotel Medical Systems' parent company, Aerotel Ltd. (1993-1998). Prior to that since 1985 he managed the R&D of Aerotel's medical division. An engineer by profession, David came to Aerotel after holding important R&D positions at leading Israeli multinational technology companies Elscint Medical Systems (1983-1985) and Tadiran (1981-1983).

David holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Haifa's world-renowned Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Roberto Schliesser - VP Sales & Marketing

Roberto Schliesser serves as Aerotel Medical Systems' Vice President of Marketing & Business Development. Well versed in the field of telemedicine, Roberto came to Aerotel in 2003 after founding and managing TAS Ltd. - a European telemedicine service provider. His extensive experience in management and marketing includes serving as president of Hermes Tech. Corp of Toronto, Canada; project manager for the United Nations Transition Authority in Cambodia; as well as several managerial positions for El Al Israeli Airlines.

Roberto holds a PEng degree in Industrial Engineering, and a MBA from Century University, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Ofer Atzmon - VP Business Development

Ofer Atzmon serves as Vice President of Business Development at Aerotel Medical Systems since January 2007. He is highly experienced in international marketing and business development in particular in the telecom and medical device industries. Prior to joining Aerotel, he was Business Development and Marketing Manager of Tadiran LifeCare wireless monitoring business (2003-2006); Managing Director of Conspect Ltd., an international marketing and business development consultancy (1992-2003); project manager at Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) (1990-1992), and a Major in the Israeli Air Force (1982-1990).

Ofer holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering (Tel Aviv University) and studied towards an MBA degree (Tel Aviv University).

Itsik Ben David - R&D Manager

Itsik Ben David has been Aerotel Medical Systems' Research and Development Manager since February 2000. Itsik began his career at Aerotel in 1992 as an engineer at the company's R&D department.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Alex Pelcman - Customer Support Manager

Alex Pelcman is Aerotel Medical Systems' Customer Support Manager. Prior to joining Aerotel, Alex has been working at Israel's Mennen Medical Ltd. (1975 - 1993) in both the R&D, and Engineering and Regulatory Compliance Departments. Alex began working with Aerotel Ltd. (parent company) in 1993. In 1998 he joined the staff of Aerotel Medical Systems.

Alex holds an E.E.M.Sc. in bioelectronics from Italy's Milan Polytechnic Institute.

Arie Fisher - Operations Manager

Arie Fisher is Aerotel's Operations Manager. Arie gained expertise in medical equipment production by working at Israel's Mennen Medical Ltd. (1971 - 1995), where he served as Service Manager and QA Manager. In 1995 Arie joined Aerotel Ltd. and in 1998 became part of the team at Aerotel Medical Systems.

Arie is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Practical Engineering school, as a Practical Engineer and is an ASQC- Certified Quality Engineer.
